We have an opening for Restaurant Assistant Manager (60030) for “A & W” restaurant (1658570 Ontario Inc) located at 3700 Major Mackenzie Dr, Woodbridge, ON L4H 4J7. Responsibilities will include plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations and ensure all food safety guidelines and product standards are met.

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Ability to Supervise: 16-20 people
Job Duties:
• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Direct and control daily operation
