Sea to Sky Restaurant Ltd. is a growing company dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences through quality food and service. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Restaurant Manager with the following job duties and requirements:

Duties:
• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Leading/instructing individuals
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Manage events
Employment requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to less than 7 months
• Safe Food Handling certificate

Work Location: 1200 Hunter Place, Squamish , BC, V8B 0G8
Wage: 35 CAD/Hour
